We map how the work runs today before proposing anything. Automating a broken process makes it break faster, and the first improvement often needs no AI at all.
No public LLM calls. Open-weight models we host, deployable inside your own cloud or on your own hardware, with full audit logs and nothing training on your data.
If the data is not ready, if a product already does the job, or if the value does not clear the cost, we will tell you. We have no licence to resell and no platform to defend.
A pilot nobody uses is not a result. We build and integrate the software the agent lives in, then monitor and keep improving it — or hand it over documented, so you can run it without us.

Most of our client work is European, and the deployment question comes up on the first call rather than at the security review. GDPR, the EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 shape the architecture rather than getting retrofitted before go-live.
