1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Echno Technologies Pvt Ltd. (“Echnotek”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India with its office at Hennur Gardens, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This site describes services we offer and lets you try demonstrations of them. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance — a binding engagement between us arises only under a separate signed agreement.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any demonstration, at any time and without notice.

3. The live demonstrations

The demonstrations on this site run against real systems, and what you submit is processed in order to produce a result. Please read this section before using them.

• They are demonstrations, not a service. Availability, accuracy, latency and behaviour are not guaranteed, and any of them may be taken offline without notice.
• Do not submit personal data, confidential information, or anything you are not entitled to share. Use documents, websites and details you are comfortable putting into a public demonstration.
• Output is illustrative. Accuracy figures quoted on this site describe tuned production engagements, not what a demonstration will produce on an arbitrary input. Do not rely on any output for a decision.
• Where a demonstration invites another person by email, only invite people who have agreed to take part.
• We may rate-limit, restrict or block use of the demonstrations, including automated or excessive use.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site and its demonstrations, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• upload material you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful, harmful or offensive;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs or the systems behind them, or to probe, scan or test their security;
• use automated means to access the site other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers;
• attempt to derive our models, prompts or methods from demonstration output, or use the demonstrations to build a competing service.

5. Your material and our output

You keep all rights in what you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to process it and return a result to you.

We do not use material submitted through this site to train shared or third-party models.

We keep the rights in this site, its content, and the software behind the demonstrations. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

6. Third-party services

Some demonstrations are processed by systems we operate on separate infrastructure, and some pages link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and linking to one is not an endorsement.

7. Availability, warranties and liability

The site and the demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or its demonstrations. [Confirm whether a liability cap and its amount should be stated here.]

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Privacy

Details you send us through the contact form are used to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list. For access, deletion or data-processing enquiries, write to contact@echnotek.com and mark it for the data protection contact.

10. Governing law
